Cherokee Church of Christ is a group of people that claims to have become followers of the Messiah Jesus. We love to worship God through song, prayer, the Supper, giving and Bible study, reading and preaching.
We believe that God, Christ and the Holy Spirit are "the Godhead," Divine.
We believe in the authenticity and accuracy of the scriptures, both Old and New Testaments.
We believe that Jesus of Nazareth is the Jewish Messiah, having died and resurrected from the grave.
We believe that the New Testament church, the "called out," Christians, are followers of the Messiah Jesus, having heard the gospel, believed, repented, confessed and been baptized.
We believe that the New Testament church seeks to imitate Jesus in all of its' ethical and doctrinal directions, which are derived from proper reading and interpretation of the holy scriptures.
We believe in being friendly, showing Christ-like character and welcoming you to become part of a church that desires to please God.
